The Elite Security Emergency Response Service is a 24/7 multi-channel English speaking Hotline and deployable Security Response Team. This service offers round the clock protection when our Clients and their staff require assistance as a result of crime, threats, traffic incidents or problems with the local authorities.
The Emergency Response Service is made up of two parts, the first is a 24/7 multi-channel Hotline to the Elite Security Emergency Call Center. Our Hotline is staffed by trained English-speaking operators who take calls from our network of Clients. The second and integral part of the Emergency Response Service is our Rapid Response Unit. This is staffed by teams made up of highly trained, discreet security specialists who are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Each Team is ready to respond to a Client’s needs at a moment’s notice - whenever a customer deems that there may be a possible danger to their person, possessions or family. A team is then dispatched to their location. We are able to tailor a response service to your needs based on the location of your personnel and requirements.
Our key customers in this sector are VIPs and expat staff at our multinational clients’ enterprises. We work closely with HR and security departments to ensure that the safety and professional support of their interests are maintained in an effective manner. Accordingly, Elite Security has developed a smartphone App panic button for subscribers, which allows a Rapid Response Team to be dispatched with one touch via GPS coordinates without the need for a direct call.
